Micah is the business brawn of the operation. When she's not taking salmon orders or shipping your shares, you can find her running the trails or packrafting the sloughs in these parts. Maisie, the melt-your-heart Aussie, is almost always hot on her heels. She's new(ish) to the commercial fleet, but you wouldn't know it the way she picks fish like a pro.

Ben's old-school. He dreams of being a frontiersman, but since he's two centuries too late, fishing the Alaskan seas fits the bill. You won't often see Ben without his buddy, Beard, by his side (the stately brown Aussie you'll see in many of our photos). This is Ben's ninth salmon season. Don't wish him luck, he prefers, "Have fun!"

Kim's a forager, gardener, hunter, and musician with a fishing problem. She and her beloved Chesapeake, Faina, can be found kayaking and hiking in between fishing openers. In the off-season, she continues to hone her artistic prowess teaching kids music, taking part in Cordova plays, and performing (often multiple times!) at FisherPoets.

As a man of the sea, Nathan has accumulated enough tips, tricks, and whales of tales to keep us in good spirits all season. He loves a good meander, and spends many winter days hiking the trails of Cordova with his family and super chill pup, Daisy. We've never actually seen him cook a thing, but he's a real good eater.

Jesse is a man of many talents. Cryptocurrency miner one day, electrician the next. He is the data nerd of the bunch, working to put some scientific teeth behind the fleet's fishing strategy. You can count on Jesse for a hilarious one-liner or an interesting conversation about, most anything. Next of kin: Tesla the Border Terrier.
